Yup its possible, CarPC was the first thing I did when I bought my G.

I'm sure there are other ways, but these are my favorite options for screen mounting in the G35 (in no particular order):

1) Buy a manual pop-out screen housing from God_Of_CPU (at MP3Car.com)... it fits where your cubby is if you don’t have GPS. I did this and plan on installing a second screen in the double DIN as well.

2) Fabricate a bracket to hold the screen in the opening of JDM double DIN dash piece. Take your pick Metra or OEM... but if you have the $$ definitely buy the OEM.

3) If the screen is too big for the dash however, you might need to cut up the double din and bondo/body filler it in place. (Extreme example)

Yes and no. The bose option for the G coupe adds two things to the stock sound system: a pair of 6x9 'subs' located in the back dash and a mini amp thats mounted in the trunk that powers them... so you would need to either abandon the bose subs or find a way to run the bose amp from your new source. The rest of the speakers are factory and are all powered off of the head-unit. FYI: There is a 6.5" speaker in each door and on either side of the rear seats where the armrests are located.

Check this out: https://g35driver.com/forums/audio-v...rams-pics.html

I am running my system without a head unit. I use a 4 channel amp to power my speakers and then use a 1/8" minijack (headphone) to RCA adaptor to plug into the amp from the PC soundcard... It's nice because you dont have to get fancy when trying to relocate the headunit where your screen now is, assuming you do mount the screen in the double din.

I don't have navigation (one of the big reasons why I run a CarPC) so I've never taken apart a navi equipped dash. Ive seen a few people mod a USB touchscreen and an auxiliary input on the factory screen to use as a car pc monitor. You could also just buy a double DIN and add a carPC screen there while retaining the factory navi, but then the audio from the navigation needs to be rerouted to your amp or through a center channel speaker.
