Even if it did fit in there ok, it's still underpowered and with much less features than something like dracov just mentioned.
So... 4x the storage, 16x the RAM, probably 8x the processor speed, upgradeable, cheaper...

I'm on the fence with it.
There's currently no USB HD Radio for CarPCs, XM and Sirius receivers are also kinda iffy, and headunits like the Pioneer Z110BT fulfill almost everything on my dream list that makes me want a CarPC.
It'd be great to be able to listen to FLAC off a 500gb external hard drive, but these new headunits are just getting so good it's hard to justify the complications of a CarPC.

as far as i agree with a statement bout head units getting better and better,
i would like to point out that the true strenght is the internet access and the possibility of using net based webservices, like live shots of the local highway, traffic weather and others.
Not to mention the other things and software that you can hook up, like real time engine monitoring system

+1 for the PC. Nice work Dracov and I encourage others to jump on board, you wont regret it. I have had mine in for a couple of years and enjoyed every minute of it. My car didn't come with nav so I had to make a mount for it. Heres what It came out looking like.

Hey Dracov, i notice you fit the xenarc 700tsv... what do you think about hooking up one of those new transflective screens? is there any way to get an idea if the boards and such will fit without dishing the money and finding out then that it doesnt fit?
