If you think you will use the leather stuff, and the wheel cleaner then it's worth it.

Otherwise, just buy them individually.

Why wouldn't you use it?

Yes, buy it. Every product in the kit is awesome. I've used everything in the kit for over 3 years, and can't say enough positive regarding all Zaino products.

Everything you need except for a good wheel cleaner and vinyl protectant IMO

Aerospace 303 for the vinlyl, and if you z2 and z6 the wheels inside and out, no need for anything more than Zaino car wash for the wheels.

(I'll admit an irrational fear of anything that is that corrosive- my brain won't let me believe that some form of damage is being done to the wheel's finish. I know, I know, I need therapy )

Check near the end of this thread for a pic of my car taken near the ocean:

Process..

So since you have used the zaino package kit for the past few years... Whats your outline of washing your car using the kit?? Can you list a quick break down outlining each step in order when using the kit. You don't have to go into specifics for each step, just the a general list of what you do to your car in order when using the zaino kit... I guess you can consider the outline when you want to do a head to toe full body wash

I own it, love it.

A good, safe wheel cleaner I'd reccomend would be P21s Wheel Gel.

Other than that, I think the Zaino lineup covers everything.

Personally, if you keep your wheels clean enough, clay and seal them bi-monthly, all you should really need is some car wash.

For the vinyl protectant, I have been using a mixture of 1 ounce Z16 and 7 ounces Z10. Sal Zaino recommended doing a similar mixture. The results leave a low gloss sheen and tons of that leather smell...

Agreed.

For proper washing instructions you can check here for some good tips: http://www.autogeek.net/exterior.html

After that just follow Zaino's tips on their site.

Zaino websites have a really good explanation of how to use the various products, too. It all depends how much you want to put into it too. The full meal deal?
Dawn wash, rinse, clay bar, rinse, Zaino wash, rinse, dry. With ZFX in the Z2 and wiping off with cotton cloth, each coat: Z2, Z6, Z2, Z6, Z2, Z6, Z8. Z6 only, on the glass outside.
Tire dressing. Plastic cleaner/polish on grill, headlamps, sidemarkers, and taillights. Leather cleaner and conditioner on the leather, 303 on the vinyl and plastic. Water only on your guages and soft plastic displays, with a glasses/optics cloth, gently.

So your saying the Zaino Ultimate Protection Show Car Kit pretty much covers everything I need. When you say Dawn wash, do you mean Dawn Dish Soap, like that greese fighting dawn soap??
