Rock Chips and CG

I read quite a bit about rock chips on the front bumber. Seems the factory paint is soft. Some have found repainting the bumper/hood helps.

CG claims on their website that their product is very hard. Is CG hard enough to help with the rock chip problem? Any experience?

CG is hard, but it is only a microscopic layer. It will not stop most rock chips, no wax/polish will protect as well as something as thick as clearbra or leather bra.

I'm with Rambo-- CG will technically prevent a lot more circumstantial chips than a standard wax, but nothing will stop a 2x4 from crushing your bumper.
