Whats next after waxing

hey guiys i just did my first complete detailing job on my g, bought a 03 coupe, and it had hazing on the hiood which i think came from sun exposure, (scottsdale az, 115+ degrees) anyways the process i used was to wash it with nu finish orage car wash , then i used megiuars ultimate car wash, to prep the suface, when i wiped that off i used turtlw wax "ice" clear polish, then went over it with the new WET, car wax using a PC. Then there was a dust strom . Anyways i dont think i got the same results that im seeing in the pics submitted by others on this post, althougt there was a marked improvement, (the hazing appears to be gone) is there something i can do from this point to make it shine even more? should i go back over it wiht polish or another co0at of wax? i will post pics soon thanx.

Did you use clay? The shiniest times was when I clayed the surface to get rid of all the contaminants

no the megiars car wash was supposed to remove contaminets, i thought your paint has to be in really bad shape to use clay
