Question Going to pick up a PC7424.. what to get?

Hi

My black 06 coupe has water spotting and light spider webbing that the dealer threw in as a bonus. It currently has Zaino Z5 and Z2 layered on it after clay baring when the car was new in December. The car looks great until the light hits it just right and then you see the water spots (mostly at night) or swirls (daylight).

I would like to polish these out (really don't trust anyone else to care to do it right) and it seems the obvious choice is to purchase a PC 7424 and some pads, along with a swirl product, a finishing product, and then seal with my preferred Z5 Pro, etc.

I'm thinking of picking this up:

That's kind of an obvoius choice. Now, for the polish/pads, I see two obvious choices on that site:
http://www.properautocare.com/menpolandpad.html
and
http://www.properautocare.com/meswrekitfor.html

One of them is significantly cheaper and claims it will remove swirls and water spots using just Menzerna FP II and a green pad. The other costs twice as much as introduces a more aggressive polish and orange/white pads. I can't decide which I should get, so I come here for advice from the forum detail experts.

Also, I'd like to polish the windshield... could I use a white pad with a glass polish or do I need a special pad?

Thanks!! I'm excited to have my paint look like it is supposed to and try to keep it that way!

I'd get 7.5" pads instead of the 6" pads, so make sure you buy a bigger backing plate.

This is where I bought my pads at.

Since you have an 06, you don't really need anything too abrasive, as long as you take care of your car.

This is what I got for my black 06:

Sonus Pads & backing plate (Autopia.org) work good for me. Be sure the backing plate is smaller than the pads. Read the Autopia paint care guide as well. Many very good tips got me working great real fast.
