Rust on paint chip....

My car has a chip on the front quarter panel near just in front of the rear view mirror. I've been wanting to repair it, but put it off and now regret doing so. The chip is to the metal and it's turned orange and in the early stages of rust. What should I do?

• Is there any repair I can do on my own?
• Is it covered under warranty by Infiniti?
• Should I have a pro take care of it....what will they do?

I have the paint chip repair system I've seen mentioned here (sorry, forget the exact name).

From: Toronto, GTA north
Get some rust converter at your local auto parts.
Just paint it on & it converts iron oxide (rust) to primer.
