PC - Battery powered?
Is there a battery powered Porter Cable around that is good? Or one that I can plug in, but use it with a battery at a car wash or something?

Have you checked the Porter Cable site? Haven't seen any Porter Cable products, but there is WEN polisher. Have you searched for it? You might want to Google: cordless polisher, or cordless obrital polisher.

depending on how much amps the pc uses, you might be better off
getting an Optima Yellow battery and running an inverter to power it.
cordless power goods almost always die before you're done with your
work. lol...
