Yes, but you should educate yourself on the whole polishing and waxing process.

yes it was pretty helpful. Its really detailed so it gives you a good idea of what youre supposed to do and not do.

How do you know when the polish is "broken down"?

Almost all of them either turn clear or begin to dust when they are broken down.

Actually polishing is the only area I have not actually tried. I've used clay bars, the Zaino process, two bucket washing, a paint cleanser and read quite a bit about polishing. However, I've never seen a video that demonstrates the process. Reading and pictures are great, but a video really helps understand the steps needed to do the job right.
