Passenger tried (without asking) to put plastic parking permit on dash but missed causing long deep scratch on clear red plastic covering info display in center of console. What's the best way to remove it? I've seen products out there (Novus, Janville, Meguiars) but worry about making it worse with abrasives. Can this part be replaced? From now on I'm driving alone or taking a cab.
