Steam wash wheels!

Has anyone tused one of those hand held steam cleaners on there wheels. Just wanted to know if they worked, what ever I would pay for it would be recouped after a while of not having to buy wheel cleaner.

When I had my detail business I used my 2800psi
washer with no issues. I did not do painted wheels
though

lol... probably better off just using some griot's wheel cleaner + boar's
hair brush and watever that doesn't come off, use some polish to remove
it, wax afterwards.

personally i only use car shampoo on my wheels.
