I just picked up my G early last month. I've brought it to a good local wash a couple of times but wanted to get opinions on what to use for cleaning/detailing. This is also the first car that I've had leather. How do I clean it?

If you have a list of recommended stuff to use I'd appreciate it.

To clean the interior, you would need leather shampoo and conditioner. Be careful though........some of these chemicals do not react well w/ plastic and vinyl. When cleaning your leather, make sure you don't get any of it on the plastics...........it could possibly discolor it as some leather cleaners are pretty strong.

On the leather, the most important is to use a good quality conditioner like LEXOL on a regular basis. Keeps it supple and more resistant to stains. When it needs cleaning, LEXOL has a good cleaner as well. Just use it sparingly when necessary and condition after.
