What is this??

Do you guys know what this is? Some type of tree sap? If you look in the pictures, they look like mini water droplets ( i hope you can see it) but they're really hard and gooey. Its friggin annoying, I always get these when i go to the gym, and i try my best not to park under trees too.

what should i do to get this crap off? I just tried using detailing spray to wipe it off is that ok? i don't have time to wash my car every week :/

Yeah I have the same problem with the trees at my work. But it's nothing compared to the trees at my friends house, I was there for mabye 4 hours and my car was completely covered by this tree sap mist. But yeah I used the spray detailer to get it off also.

Probably tree sap......

Most trees drop that goo and it should come off with a simple wash. It's not
as bad a bird poop but need to be removed asap, you don't need it to harden.

It almost looks like someone spit a energy drink (Monster) between their teeth on your car... Do you park by any trees at all? If you do... stop

Hmmm, If you have no choice but to park near trees I would invest in a decent car cover. It only takes like 2 mins total to put it on and secure it... Would take less time to do that than to clean that off on an ongoing basis... And if it stains thru your clearcoat you will be pissed!!

Thats is tree sap for sure. A good wash should take it off if it hasn't been siting on the car for a while. If it has clay bar will be your next best friend.

Don't even worry about that stuff. If quick detailer gets it off with little or no pressure, then use it. Otherwise, it comes off with no scrubbing during a regular wash. I used to get that all the time. It doesn't stain or mar the paint, from my experience.
