I was just at Peppertree Plaza today, getting some drum heads at Sam Ash and some wings at Bru's Room... I definitely agree with the "we need more hot chicks" comment though; it seems like they all live east of US 1. The only reason I live out west (off McNab Rd) is the proximity to my job and the cheaper real estate; otherwise I would rather be much closer to the shore. No biggie though; it's a short drive to all the action.

BTW, I'm 27, since dpoon asked.
