I just wanted to offer my $.02 here. I know it's expensive but I ordered "Leather in a Bottle" and decided to give it a go. I just came back from the garage after giving my seats, wheel and armrest the treatment and OH MY GOD! My car...scratch that...my whole garage smells like a tack shop. I can't get the smell off of my hands. I'm in a perpetual state of awe. I've been back in the garage twice in the last hour just to open the car door and inhale...

I've read several posts claiming how good this stuff smells. Does it smell like new car leather? I'm a bit hesitant because of the total cost of this product. Actually, the price of the product is not bad, but when you factor in the shipping cost it seems an unreasonable amount to pay.

It doesn't smell "exactly" like that new car leather smell...in fact, I think it has a stronger authentic leather smell. I don't remember my car smelling quite the same when I first got it. I honestly think it smells better. If you like the smell of real leather, then you'll love this product.

It's leather conditioner much like a Lexol-type product except I don't believe it is a cleaner. In fact, Zaino makes a seperate leather cleaning product if you need it. You simply rub the conditioner into your seats and let dry. There is no buffing involved. Your seats will look, and smell like new!

Yea be careful with that stuff...I put it in my car and loved it...But it also tightened up my chest for a few days..i had to go see my doctor and get some anti-inflammatories for my freakin lungs..It smells good though...but I dont think I will be puttin it on my car again.

Best stuff for your leather in my opinion. I got it a few weeks back was very pleased with the results and smell.

I did crack all my windows after the job though, it did get a bit strong for me on my first try.

I agree with all that it smells great. But it also does a good job conditioning the leather too. I had to put a rather heavy box on the passenger seat (wouldnt fit in the small trunk.) This left a small indentation in the seat that I thought was permanent. I used the Zaino leather products and the indentation was gone in a few days! Im a big believer in the entire Zaino line. All good stuff!!

 

I can almost guarantee you that the Zaino products didnt bring that indentaion out. It was just a matter of time for the foam to return to shaped form. and the rubbing it while you were zainoing it helped. But the Zaino itself didnt do jack ****..!!

I must say I am very happy with these products as well. I have willow interior, and noticed the drivers seat was starting to look a tad dirty. I used the cleaner and it was gone with practically one swipe. I followed up with the conditioner and it smells great and feels much softer. Great stuff.

Zaino leather cleaner works best with a fingernail brush. My willow leather wasn't looking that dirty. But I cleaned it. The scrubbing with the brush did bring out a lot "gunk." When I wiped it down with a white towel, i was amazed at how dirty the towel was. It is a must for those with willow.

Zaino Leather In a Bottle is definitely the best leather conditioner available on the market. I just used it for the first time last week, and it is unbelieveable. I have used many products in the past from Zymol to other high end products, and I must say Zaino is the best. If nothing else the smell is worth every cent. The brothers have earned my business for a long time.
