Can Someone help me out w/the Acronyms?! And a Process

These are some of the ones I keep seeing. I just bought a 05 Black coupe with aero package. Im new to detailing, and I'd like to understand the process. I understand it takes allot of work and patients, but if I can get some stuff to help, and a process so that im not doing unnecessary stuff, that would be sweet. Unfortunately, I don't have a garage so that kinda sucks. Anyhow id love to know what all the following acronyms mean, it would go a long way to understanding your posts. Also if there are any good DIY threads you know of, please send them my way.

MF towels

IG

Z5

Z2

DA

PC

Anything else you can think of I should know of, or buy please let me know,

Thanks
Eric

This is a really good forum for your detailing issues. Of course they are partial to meguiar's products, but they have some very helpful vids on using the PC and other topics you'll want to know about if caring for a black car.

I know this is a lot more info than what you asked for but this covers just about all the acronyms you can think of

http://autopia.org/forum/car-detaili...1-26-07-a.html

Oh and instead of using any type of towel to dry your car i would recommend using this. Works great and you never have to touch your car after you wash it.
