Wheel Wax?
Wheel Wax?
Just bought some Work T1S with a polished lip. Does anyone have any suggestions for protecting the finish on polished rims/lips? Sealant? Wheel Wax? I don't want to "try" something that is going to damage the finish of my wheels so I'm hoping someone here has experience.

I think the two most common are WheelWax and PBs Wheel Sealant. I've never heard anything bad about either one.
I currently use WheelWax, but going to try Wheel Sealant this spring just to see which one I like better.

i use wheel wax and i love it. easy to apply. if your rims have small crevices or gaps, then make sure you pay attention when removing the wax. i usually find some of the wax leftover a week or two later. today i found some wax sitting on some engravings on my rims and i cant seem to get it off. but you should know that if you do leave it on, it doesnt harm your rims and you can take it off at anytime and you'll be fine.
I NEED to get some wheel wax, the polished lip on my wheels gets dis-colored very easy with the salt on the roads.
I need somthing to protect the finish, I'm sick of spending hours polishing the wheels.
I haven't seen this at Pepboys, is there another automotive store I should try?

Actually I think I ended up buying from a site other than theirs. I believe it was $12.99 + shipping for one 8oz tub.
But looking back at the wheelwax website, it looks like you can search for local dealers if you don't want to wait for shipping: http://www.wheelwax.com/dealers.aspx
