daveB said on his fatboy altima tip mod, that the tips have a tiny little screw on them that is usually rusted or broken in some.

why do you say they just pull off?

perhaps your screws rusted off?

Try Mothers Chrome Polish. Works really well.

His is a brand new G. My guess is the newer ones might pull off. I think the older G's have a set screw.

I just cleaned mine on the car.
