Odd interior material - How to clean/protect?

Guy at work was admiring the shine on my G and wants me to help him detail his AMG SL55 hardtop convertible. Thing is swirled to hell but a little IP i have on hand and some elbow grease will take care of the exterior.

However, the interior is giving me pause. The dash, doors, and back of the roadster are a funky material i haven't seen before. Some sorta suede, vinyl hybrid or something. Best thing i can liken it to are the old brown egg carton style cup trays they used to give you at fast food drive throughs...

I have no idea what this is or best way to clean it. Thought about a little woolite on a sponge for cleaning, and nero prima to protect. However, from autopia searching, MBs have a protectant on these things than can come off. I'd rather not ruin the interior of a $90k car :/ Any suggestions? Anyone seen this stuff before?

I would check out a Mercedes Benz Forum to play it safe......
I'm sure they would know what to clean/treat the material with.
Good luck

Yep, i checked out mbworld etc, got a few vague references to 303 on it, so i suspect i'll be safe with that or nero prima. I'll give it a test to be sure...
