Removing Paint Spots. Help!!

Well I picked up my car a couple weeks ago and had it parked at work. Some stupid workers decided to paint the cieling in the car garage near my G and now I have some tiny white paint spots on my hood; any idea how to remove these? Will clay work?

thx!!

I'd start with a good wash, then go directly to clay. That should take care of it. After that, go to the workers(or prop) mgt and tell them how stupid it is to paint the ceiling above a parked car without covering it.

Good luck.

Using a clay bar on your paint should do the trick. Sometimes on paint overspray, you may want to use a medium grade bar instead of a fine grade bar. Keep in mind, a medium grade bar will remove the paint spots faster, but can often cause micro-marring in your paint that requires a polish afterwards to remove. Regardless which clay you use, follow up with some protection from a sealant and/or wax.
