Wife dropped the garage door on my car

So my wife decided to close the garage door when my car was not parked completely inside. Now I have a huge scratch in the rear bumper. What are my options for covering this up? I have attached 2 pics. The scratch is prob 1/8" deep

Get a DIVORCE!!! LOL

A temp fix should be done using touch up paint, if done properly it wont even be visible.

How much do you think that will run me? I live in Manitoba so the rates should be similar to Ontario.

i'm not recommedning it per se, but I have seen people with good results from those mobile places that come out and do spot repairs. my friend's tsx got hit on the front bumper and they chose to do spot repair and it looks good to me. i think that type of work would only be $200ish or so.

Yeah, that's pretty deep. Your only bet is either a spot repair or a full strip and repaint.

My guess is you'll pay around $500 - $700 or so.

^ I agree, keep it with the scratch, eventually it will happen anyways... it sucks....but once you have a few scratches, it is easier to live with the car.

...looks like your bumper needs to be repainted. It may need replacing if the tabs snapped. Good luck on the repairs.
