goo sealant and wax for..
Yeah, FMJ is a bit on the high side, but I use it more for the ease of use. Lasts a good four weeks or so. Tried Blackfire too and it didn't look very good. I may try topping it with a traditional wax someday like a Pinnacle Souveran wax. I suppose I'm more about it looking good.

I've just started using FMJ this year and I love it. What an amazingly easy sealant to use, definitely the easiest I've used. It definitely gives the best results looks wise as well. As for durability, I can't speak to that yet as I just started using it this year. Overall, Menzerna would have to be my favorite brand of detailing supplies.

I like Full Molecular Jacket, yes it is pricy, but on par with Jet Seal 109. At least the FMJ comes with a microfiber applicator and quality buffing cloth. From reviews the trade off is less shine with the JetSeal, but increased longevity. If you detail your vehicle often and value gloss and depth it would be tough to beat FMJ and P21S. If you go sometime inbetween details maybe the JetSeal and liquid wax combo would work best for you.

Looks good and has good durability
I've only used the PFoo16 so far and it works well. I've got a ton of Poorboys left. I've worn out some pads already and my original backer plate.
A lot of the waxes and sealants are going to perform similarly. I just prefer FMJ for the ease of use. If you are applying by hand. FMJ, Klasse, Blackfire, etc will all come off pretty easily. I just happen to think FMJ looks the best. Deepest in color for a sealant, which is important for twilight blue. When I used Klasse SG and Blackfire, it looked like somebody took a picture of my car and decreased the contrast and increased the brightness. The color itself didn't look very deep.
As most will agree, how the finish looks is going to depend on the preparation. Clay, polish, seal. However, if you don't have a lot of swirls or scratches to begin with, I suppose you could just use the seal for protection. I think the porter cable is important in the polishing phase, not necessarily for applying the seal or wax (although it comes in handy).

DetailedImage has the Jetseal on sale for almost half off today, if you are looking for a good sealant, but the FMJ was too much, this might be the deal for you. Spend the rest of the money you would of spent and order the P21S Concours. It is a great wax for pearl coats and darker colors.

Klasse AIO is okay, just not that great on Twilight Blue. I have a full bottle in the garage that I never use.
Hand polishing is going to be tough without a porter cable. The purpose of polishing is to take out swirls/scratches. If you don't have these in the first place, then you can skip it. I usually use Menzerna Intensive Polish if it's real bad and then their Final Polish II.
The Menzerna intensive polish really dusts a lot. A lot of folks use the "Optimum" line or Poorboy's Professional Polish, although I have not personally used these.
