How exactly do you clean your car if it has a Clear Bra on the front of it? Do you still clean and wax the area covered by the clear bra or does it get glass cleaner or what?

I went with the LLUMAR film. I have been told to treat the film as the rest of the car. I plan to use Klasse all-in-one, Klasse sealant and P21S Carnauba wax over the entire car - as soon as I receive the stuff by next week.

 

After the install, wait a week before you wash the car and a month before you wax and detail.

one bit of advice..

Do not wax where the line is..cause it will be stuck there..
from wa i hear..you can use regular water..and scrub with a microfiber..and it should come off...no need to wax..

 

When you said to wait before I wax and detail, do you mean the whole car or just the Clear Bra area itself?

Sorry for not being clear on that. You could wash and wax any part of the car except for the areas w/ the clearbra applied.

I wax mine and use a product called Plexxus to clean it too. Makes it feel like it is waxed when done. Was recommended to me by Super Auto Shield.

It cleans the edges really good, no wax buildup cause it is aerosol liquid.
