When you move your finger over the scratches, do you feel them?

Everyone Hates Scratches....!

I'd almost bet that if you hit that with a buffer/Scratch X it will disappear.
Don't use rubbing compound it's too harsh, you'll create more issues!

For me, I usually..
1. use rubbing compund and cloth to buff out the marks.
2. clean off the rubbing compund.
3. apply polish to the surface couple times
4. finish off with a layer of wax

That's a good question because from the picture it's hard to tell if its something black transferred onto the IP paint or if it went right through the paint to the plastic. If it's the later...well...unfortunately, no buffing will fix it.
OP, you should determine this, like Garnet asked. Garnet will likely have goods tips for you. I've seen his detailing work on the forum and it's awesome.

Definitely the most important question which will determine the next step. polish or body work

Looking at them it seems it's more paint transfer than deep scratches.

Try my technique as mentioned above. I have a good feeling it'll come off.

never start with a rubbing compound guys, it can be way to harsh if you don't know what you're doing. You should always start with the LEAST aggressive method FIRST and then work your way up as needed. Just try a quality polish first.
