went to get my car tinted today.. when it was done i picked up my car and was backing up and didnt see the chair behind my car and hit it
theres some scratches on my rear bumper now. any chance of getting these scratches out or using touch up paint or something to cover it up smoothly? any suggestions?

Everyone Hates Scratches....!
I'd almost bet that if you hit that with a buffer/Scratch X it will disappear.
Don't use rubbing compound it's too harsh, you'll create more issues!

For me, I usually..
1. use rubbing compund and cloth to buff out the marks.
2. clean off the rubbing compund.
3. apply polish to the surface couple times
4. finish off with a layer of wax

OP, you should determine this, like Garnet asked. Garnet will likely have goods tips for you. I've seen his detailing work on the forum and it's awesome.

Looking at them it seems it's more paint transfer than deep scratches.
never start with a rubbing compound guys, it can be way to harsh if you don't know what you're doing. You should always start with the LEAST aggressive method FIRST and then work your way up as needed. Just try a quality polish first.
