overspray removal on chrome rims???

Hey...so i had my front bumper/hood FL fender painted due to a minor front end accident.......... i got the work done as side work at my dealership...overall it looks good but 2day i was washing my car and noticed alot of over spray on my chrome Asanti 3 peice wheel......only on one section of them rim... but got it good.....from the lip to the rivets........... now i know the guy, and im sure he would take care of it... but sometimes its better to just do it yourself insted of possibley making the matter worse with such an expensive wheel ..................... any ideas tips i could use that would not discolor the chrome?????......
i tried a zaino clay bar i had but had no luck.......

would a pressure washer work maybe?.......

well mission accomplished..........with the exception of a few crevasis(?sp) and the rivet...99% of the over spray is off.......pretty much cleaned my whole rim with goo gone....... the clay bar worked but took alot more effort than goo gone on a microfiber towel.......... and no discoloration at all................

You should try a aggresive clay. Not a mild one. See if nail polish remover helps to remove it.
