In terms of smell I think thats a personal choice
I use Ozium and have tried a several scents
I finally chose one that I liked and to me smells like "new car" ironically it was NOT the scent called new car lol

 

i recommend a dash kit either in wood or brushed aluminium or carbon fiber. it adds a different look instantly

One of my neighbors did the dash kit, looks good but he had to reorder quite a few pieces because he didn't get them stuck on quite right.
