Applying Klasse

Couple of questions: Can you apply it in the sun? Is it OK/advisable to use an orbital hand polisher for application and removal? Do you need to put the sealant glaze on right after or can you do it later ie a week later? Any hints or tips for the best results?

Thanks

Re: Applying Klasse

Klasse goes on well with an orbital buffer. Aside from the better polishing action, it spreads the AIO thinner for easier removal.

Re: Applying Klasse

Best if you do it in the shade, it will make your life much easier.....it allows the product to dry at a slower rate, and not allow it to evaporate so fast....
Definitely follow up with the sealant glaze, and if you have the time, do a top coat of P21s or S100 carnuaba wax....it will put the finishing touch on your wax job....

I have done the Klasse route back in April, and my car is not garaged.......I usually wash my car at least once or twice a week, and follow up with detail spray after each wash....

Now that I've gone about 6 weeks into the waxing, I noticed some of the swirl marks re-appearing, and the finish is slightly lost its ability to shed water.....

I will try this system once more and see if it will last any longer....if not I think the next shot will be the Zaino route.....

Re: Applying Klasse

You can also remove the AIO while it is still semi wet. The product works no matter where you apply it=sun or shade. You don't have to use the sealant but it does make the AIO last longer. If you like to wax you car once a month then you won't need the sealant. Some of us like to cover all the bases just in case we don't have time to wax as often as we like.
