Tree Sap? I can't get it out?!?!!?
I noticed this evening when I went to pick up my girlfriend that there was a leaf (redish looking) from a tree, and it had rained a little, but theres a yellow "stain" underneath it. Water, soap, nothing takes it out.. Any suggestions??

Try clay.......it usually does hte job, but it really depends on how long the stuff has been there.........quite possibly have already etched into the paint.

It used to be difficult to come by. You used to have to order from them direct. Now you can find it at Pep Boys or any of the major chains I'm sure. I found mine at Pep Boys (I'm on Long Island). They make some pretty good products. I actually just finished cleaning my interior plastic pieces with their trim cleaner.
I have also used clay as well to get sap off, it usually takes some time, but it will eventually come off. Also, you may want to look for a local detail supply shop in your area because they have clay that "cut" at different levels. Don't ask me how, I tried it a few times and didn't harm the finish at all. I tried a medium, I think, that was supposed to remove heavier dirt and mild overspray!
Do you have any pics of your car with that Huper tint? I have been hearing so much about it now and just wanted to see what it actually looks like. How do you like it? I think the darkest they make is 35% right?
Let me know how you make out.

Huper isn't meant to be totally obscure.. but in heavy sunlight (IE Miami, Phoenix, etc.) areas, its a godsend. I'm even considering having my windshield done with the lightest level, stops about 45-50 percent of sunlight.

Damn, I'm kinda pissed I only heard about the different tints now. I have looked around here and found pics of G's with the Huper and it looks really nice. From what I see, it looks like this tint sticks to the factory dot matrix crap on the rear window better. I wish I knew about this before I got my car tinted with the generic stiff. I would have spent the few extra bucks for the better tint!

I love it. I go and buy the can of Tarminator.. I get to my old man's and tell him we have to apply it, I go outside to show him, and what do you know? It's GONE! Looks like the sun ate it up or something.

Wow!! I told you the Stoner stuff would work!!! It is that good! All you had to do was buy it!! LOL. That's really strange though. The only other thing I have seen do that is cash. One day I see a bunch of it in my pocket and the next, poof, it's gone!!!
Well, you can always use it in the future for the tar and bugs that will collect on your bumper!
