If you're able to see where they wet-sanded, then they didn't do a good job. Wet sanding requires care and finesse since paint is not that thick. You are now able to see those wet-sanded spots bc they sanded to far into the paint.............it sounds like you had chemical, sap, or bird dropping etching on those four areas. Whenever there is etching, wet-sanding can be done to help remove it, but there is no way to tell how far in the damage is. Basically, they wet-sanded on blind faith........perhaps, hoping the damage is only on the clearcoat.

As for those tiny yellow spots......if it is environmental fallout then it is generally no larger than the marking of a sharpie pen. Often time, this could be removed, but there could quite possibly be areas where these spots etched into the paint and not be possible to remove as well.
