Megs M105 and M205. Menzerna SIP, 106fa or power finish 203. It depends how bad your swirls are.

Best way would be with a random dual-action orbital.

Heavy swirl marks:
Menzerna Power Gloss w/ yellow cutting pad... or...
Menzerna PO 83 Super Intensive Polish (SIP) w/ orange cutting pad.
Follow up with less abrasive compound and softer cutting pad such as Menzerna PO 106ff Ceramic Clear Coat Polish w/ orange cutting pad. This will remove any hazing (cloudiness) left from the stronger polishes.

If you only need to get out light to medium swirls, you can skip the Menzerna Power Gloss w/ yellow cutting pad.

Menzerna IP followed by Menzerna FP for light/medium swirls, via Porter Cable. Then finish w/ sealant and/or wax. It will be a long day, for sure. If you get the materials I can show you how to do it, I live in Orange County.

I've used 3M, Optimum, Menzerna, Chemical Guys, you name it. While each has its benefit and use, there is no silver bullet.

EASY: A Porter Cable and Meguiars M205 / M1055 combo for deep damage.

DIVERSITY: Menzerna. The most diverse line of polishing products. They have a media for any situation.
