My First Stop to Shop
I am going to put this simply and then tell my story.
The only place to shop is Detailed Image.
I put through an order last week through DI and I got the order today. I open up the box and it looks good except I ordered some CG MF wash and there was a gallon of CG Wash & Clear. No big deal I have ordered from DI many a times and never had a mistake.
So I submit a question to DI asking how to get this fixed at 7:30 P.M. ish. Within an hour George emails me back apologizing and telling me to keep the Wash and Clear and he will send me the right gallon tommorow. That is some bad *** customer service.
So in summary, Detailed Image has great prices, support and customer service. So if you haven't all ready been a fan boy jump on the band wagon with me.

I always hate when something happens to an order I place online and causes an inconvenience. We try to treat our customers the same way we'd want to be treated if we were in their shoes. Sucks that the products look very similar and we made a mistake, but now you get a great shampoo to use out of our mistake!
