longest lasting SEALANT
#33
I've tried the "big boys" in the past:
Zaino-Pain the *** steps, expensive, decent durability
Klasse-AIO is easy, but too much SG and you'll cry when you remove it
Jeffs-As good as Klasse, but the sealant is much easier to remove than the Klasse SG
CG Jetseal-My old favorite, but we'll see...
I'm now on Blackfire's sealant topped with CG 50/50, and I must say that it's the easiest so far. The Blackfire is much easier to apply/remove than the CG, but I have to see if it lasts as long.

Peeps have to remember that climate plays a big part in how long the sealant will last. The cold doesn't really affect sealant as much as heat/humidity/salt air will. For those in the latter types of climate, you will probably have to seal more often. Also, using the right amount of soap, as well as the right soap, so that you don't strip off what's on the car is also important.

I converted to FMJ last year after several years using Zaino.
The difference in durability is minimal (both are great)
But FMJ is sooooo easy to use.

Ian do you think it would last as long as Zaino when your vehicle sits outside 24/7. If you do, I will switch to FMJ next Spring.

I have a jug of it though, I'll give you a shot to try.
It would really be good to do a test panel side by side.
