Unless you have a booth, compressor, air tools, sprayer, youre not going to do a good job. No spray can will help you.

yehh i've painted before. but I didnt really pick out specific paint just plain black. I just want to make it have like rich deep black color. not some gray stuff

Sounds like it was in an accident and fix and repainted cheaply.

clean it sand it down seal it and then paint it !
