Clear Coat Question???

I am painting my grill right now, I just finished sanding it down with 100 grit sand paper and now I just applied the second coat of " Krylon Fusion Plastic Paint" When I put the 4th coat on I am going to put 3-4 coats of clear coat. I went to Home Depot and got "BEHR Polyurethane Finish B-600 crystal clear satin" I looked on the back and it says that it is for "all interior bare or water base stained wood surfaces" but the guy told me that I could use this clear coat on the plastic grill. Is this gonna make my paint job peel? Please let me know.

Since you're using Krylon paint why wouldn't you use Krylon clear, I've never thought mixing company/formulas was a good idea....

They didn't have the Krylon clear coat, what should I do? Should I try this clear coat out? I'm pretty sure it'll be fine I just wanted to make sure.
