I ordered some pads from them on a thursday 2 weeks ago and when i got home on friday the next day and checked the tracking # it said they were delivered.Well they sure werent delivered to my place as they were not left outside anywere.Luckily for me i have an older lady who lives one floor below me and for some reason she likes to go and get any package that comes and put it at the owners door.
I went down and asked her if she had seen any Fedex trucks and she said no and she was home all day.I email Greg at DI and explain the situation to him and he said he will look into it.Greg emailed me every day on the search for the missing package which i dont think was ever found.He said he would file a claim against Fedex and send me another package.....well i got it today and i wont soon forget the top notch customer service from Greg at DI.I know were im buying all my detailing supplies for now on.....unless they dont carry it.

DI, i'm wondering what your shipping policy etc is to canada. the reason I did not order from you is because I figured I would be charged duty and broker fees when crossing the border. Maybe if you could make that more clear (what shipping, duty, and customs fees are) that would be great and might compell me to order from you guys, i'm possibly in the market for a PC.

Nearly the exact same thing happened to me last month.
Fedex said it was delivered at a time when I was home. I didn't get anything.
I asked my neighbors to see if it may have been dropped off at the wrong address, nothing.
Contacted DI, and Greg contacted Fedex. Within 2 days, the package was at my door.
I'm very satisfied with the customer service at DI. Been shopping there for years, and they have my continued business and support.
Plus their daily/weekly/monthly specials are AWESOME!
