When I look at the paint on my car in the sunlight, I can see these fine lines in the paint. Very fine.
Could it be from the type of brush I'm using when I wash the car?
Is there anyway to remove them?

They are scratches(aka swirls) in your cars paint from the brush and other abrasive materials rubbing into your paint. You can have them removed by taking it to a GOOD detailer, I suggest you get your car detailed and see if the detailer is willing to show you what products and techniques used to wash your car. A good detailer should be happy to show you, I know I do with almost every client I've ever had.
Here's what your car should look like and continue to look like if you use proper washing techniques/ have the swirls removed. Notice how when the sun hits the paint, no scratches or swirls are there, just a solid sunburst:
