sheepskin vs microfiber wash mitt

I accidently dropped mine on the driveway the other day so I'm looking to order a new one. Would you guys recommend a sheepskin wash mitt over a microfiber one? I have a black car, so I want something thats very gentle and delicate when washing my car.

I was considering ordering this.

I have a microfiber sponge and I dont like it. It doesn't create enough "suds" compared to a regular sponge. Sure it does clean the car, but it doesn't create enough foaming action.

It's looks like i'm just washing the car with water and a sponge. That's how much "bubbles" appears when I'm using a microfiber sponge.

I hear that lamb wool is good.

People say that MF has a bit more cleaning power then the Sheep's Wool, but I find no problem with my sheeps wool and use my MF for the wheels.

If any one is using a normal sponge You are killing your clear coat!

btw sheep wool mits you can tell if they are real if you turn it inside out and its real leather/skin

Anyone else? MF or Sheep's whool?

I have a MF sponge, and this POS doesn't create enough "suds". Virtually ZERO suds.

Sheepskin gets smelly after a few uses. If you guys are worried about suds, just use a foam cannon for your pre-wash.

suds help lift dirt. when using MF sponges, not sure about the mitts. it creates no suds. It looks like ur just passing over the car with just water.

Meguiars gold class shampoo..

I get plenty of suds when I use the crappy sponges... But when I'm using the MF sponges, I get no suds. Or not that many. The MF sponges wants to ABSORB the soap and water and not wash the car.

It's the funky looking MF sponge. With the hundred or so MF legs sticking out of one end.

^ Something like that. But not the same brand. Interesting how it says "Super suds maker". Maybe I just bought a crappy one.

I have two of these that I bought from detailedimage. Suds up nicely and is very soft. It also doesn't leave any fibers behind like some other cheap mitts.
