Window scratches- What to do???

A week ago, i was visiting a friend @ his apartment complex. i parked the G in someone else's parking place expecting to only be there for like half an hour or so. when i came back, i had a big sticker that said "next time your car will be towed. your license # has been recorded." anyways, the sticker was so damn sticky i couldnt get it off. i peeled and peeled, but the gooey [censored] was stuck still. so my dumb ***, i took the rough edge of a sponge (clearly not thinking) and just scrape away. now i have a [censored] up window with all kinds of scratches. what can i do without replacing the window? or am i just screwed? im pretty sure im just screwed, but just chcking anyways.

try some sort of scratch remover meant for glass... they're out there. Check pepboys/autozone/etc or target/walmart.

I feel your pain, since I was dumb enough to do the exact same thing a while back. It pains me every time I notice the scratches, but have not had time to try anything on them yet... Anyway, do a Google search for "glass scratch removal" or something along those lines. I'm curious to try the toothepaste approach (you'll find it).

You can also try GRIOTS Garage. They offer alot of great products and do have a Glass polish. They offer 2 different levels of polish. You may wanna buy the kit because if you need to use the courser one, then I believe you need to follow up with the lighter one. I bought the lighter just for the shower doors in my house to remove the water stains and gunk and it works AMAZINGLY!!!
