Trim piece in passenger side dash

Hi, I had a quick question for the group (looking for advice).

A little hard to visualize, but you know the thin trim piece in the middle of the dash on the passenger side seperating the top from the bottom (it is immediately above the Nav DVD or top storage area on the G)?

My trim piece has gotten loose (for lack of a better term) and is now lower on the left side - out and dropped just enough for me to note the tabs inside.

It is a bit distracting and I'd love to pop it out and fix it. Here is the problem - I am HORRIBLE with all interior pieces. I can never ever fit them the same way it came OEM - I am the guy that always breaks the tabs.

Any hints for to me for those brave enough to completely disassemble their dash? I'd like to be able to fix it without breaking it or scratching it.

I know - pretty ****, but I like taking care of my car, and if I can fix it without damaging it I would like to!

Thanks,

David
