How should I go about fixing this?

So one side of my rear is dented and the other is scratched..How should I get these things fixed?

you can heat the paint on the dent and beat it out from the back side. You going to have to use one of those plastic dent removal tools, cant use metal hammer. Scratches looks like could be buffed out

For the scratches/scuffs, I recommend using Scratch X from your local Kragen, Autozone, and PepBoys. Should work like a charm with a microfiber towel.

Yeah ^^ i wouldn't go with touch up paint unless you have something like a porter-cable to buff it out proper.

i heard scratch x is only for like small blemishes.. Anyone have any actual results from it? I've got a bunch of scratches as you can see in the picture.

If you scroll down you can see the different types of kits, this one in particular is sort of pricey but if you shop around you can find one for a good price. I use the 3 stage on my car before shows, the results are flawless (if you know what you're doing) it's easy to turn a good thing into a bad thing if you don't!!!
