Rip in leather inserts...Help.

The leather insert on the the door has 2 tiny dot-sized rips... how could it happen? I never scratched it except some ocassional scrubing with my fingers to get rid of the stains... u think the scrubbing caused it? Is there anyway i can seal it or make sure the tiny rips will not get bigger?

thanks

Re: Rip in leather inserts...Help.

I would take it to an upholstry shop and they'll be able to repair it, although, I think they would have to access the back of it which I am not sure if they can do it. Give em a try if it's really bothering you, they have ways to repair vinyl or pleather and can match the grain fairly accurately.
