using quick guard

i used the quick guard kit to wash my car today, so first i water down my car then i spray the wash, then spray again and while water is still in the car spray the quick, it says to use the microfiber clother to mix in the chemicals, when im mixin the chemicals theres still water and makes my cloth really really wet, is this how you suppost to do it?

Re: using quick guard

You talking about Crystalguard quick? If so then yeah that's basically how you do it. Spray a little onto the wet car then wipe with the cloth. Then you can buff it out or wash the car again.

i wouldn't wash the car again after applying crystal guard quick. Washing it again will remove the CGQ. You can rinse it again, then dry it to shine. What i usually do is dry the car and then get a spray bottle with water and do it panel by panel. Spray water on one panel and follow up with a CGQ. Spread the chemicals with a damp microfiber cloth and follow up with a dry one. Make sure not to wash the car for atleast 3-4 days curing period time or you will just remove it. good luck.
