I agree with him. 35% looks factor and make the car look very nice. Especially when u have dark color car. I am still thinking if I should do mine. My car is white so it doesn't look that well with tint IMO.

Here's mine with 50% windshield / fronts, and 35% rears. I also included pics of what 50% on the windshield look like from the interior. Works great in heat reduction and UV blockage

i got black/black so 35% tint looks darker than it really is. i like the way it looks, not pitch black dark or something....
its sort of like a sophisticated touch.
i rather have 15% but cops harass dark tints in jersey. my area is fine, but i'd be restricted from going outside of my area.

50% front, 40% sides and rear. I don't like the total black look so 40% is just right for me.

go with all of them, just keep them legal and you and your parents will not have problems. Go with illegal tint and you just ask for problems. Personally I have enough problems already, don't need to attract more on a non-issue for me

Wil, do you have any problems seeing through your windshield at night or when it's raining?

Nope, no problem seeing at night. I prefer to have the front windshield tinted on all of my cars for several reasons:

-reduce glare for night driving
-99% UV protection (you could have all the windows except the front windshield tinted and expose the frontal areas and occupants to damaging rays.
-heat reduction (with the good films, it will block off a significant amount of heat.....it's a plus for California weather)

Hey Wil,

I need to talk with you about the window tinting you did on my IS300 at the end of August. There is something strange with the tint on the rear window and I also just got pulled over a few days ago here in the Bay Area and got a fix it ticket. I tried e-mailing you at syu@machIII and it wouldn't go through. Is your cell number still the same? Hit me up please at unagipai_tabetai@yahoo.com

Thanks

Also for you guys in the Bay Area looking for window tinting, Wil is a great guy and skilled at tinting. Plus Madico Onyx tint film is awesome

Yes, the problem with the defroster is an issue with all Lexus because
the defrosters are much thicker than most cars on the market, which is why
it doesn't adhere completely as it would for other cars. Give us a call at 510-390-6920 or 510-406-1500. We have a special method of taking care of this, but the film needs to be completely dry.

Wil, how much do you charge for tinting cars? I have a 2001 Celica that I want to get the three backs window tinted.
