Why not? Not to be such a smarta-s , but when clean something, do you think it hurts to clean it again immediately after? Adding more than 1 coat of wax is likely to provide you with a better shine. I use the Klasse (all-in-one) AIO synthetic wax as a base coat (which lasts about 6 mo.) and top it off (after letting it cure for 12 hours) with several coats (I think I've now done about 4 coats in the past 10 mo.) of Pinnacle Liq. Souveran Carnuba wax on top. It's almost time for me to start over with the Klasse again. Enjoy!

actually, there's nothing wrong with it at all. try to apply as light a coat as possible. wait around 6 hours for it to set, and then throw on another coat to cover any spots you may have missed. i'd probably stop at 2. you can continue if you want, but you'd just be wasting product since you wouldn't be achieving any more depth.

heh, sorry

buff it off and then wax again (if you'd like). is it ok, sure, but it may take forever to remove the wax afterwards.

If it cures properly and dries, you can leave it on for as long as you like. I'd remove (buff off) that coat first, tho, b4 applying another. This is best done in a heated garage, and of course not driving between coats.

If you're using a wax with cleaners, it will remove the first coat. I've had great results by "topping" with carnuba based wax like meguirs #16.. Also, the time that you wait for second coat has a lot to do with humidity.. Higher humidity, longer wait time. If you can, I'd suggest more like 24 hours...

Use Zaino. If used with ZFX, coats can be applied within an hour. Not to mention alot easier to apply.

Addidng multiple coats is good! Try to give it a bit of time to dry between coats and a heated and non humib area to do thw work will make your life alot easier.

Just as mentioned though don't drive the car between coats.

And always us a quick spray detailer every time you wash the car to help replenish the wax.
