Can you use a clay bar on a clear bra? My clear bra is getting dull/water spotted (and very noticable), the rest of the car is shiney. What can I use to bring the shine back out of the clear bra? I think the "professional installer" used the Llumar material.

try plexus plastic polish/cleaner first. I got some at a *** bike store and it does a fantastic job on mine! Kills static too so pollen and dust don't congregate on the bra.
