how to get in between seat and center console?

Hi all,

My car was just broken into and shards of glass are stuck in between the center console and passenger seat. What's the best way to get it out? I was thinking of using some compressed air to possibly blow it out of there but am afraid it'll get everywhere.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

just push the seat all the way up and try to access it from the back, thats the best way imo

from experience (), the easiest way is with a vacuum, but even if you move the seat back & forward, there will still be some glass stuck down there. the best way is to unbolt the seat (its only 4 bolts) and tip it backwards.

thanks! i've tried moving it back and forth but the tiny pieces freak me out. we just had our baby and would hate it she gets pricked by a tiny one or decides to put it in her mouth.

will unbolting the seats trigger any sensors?

nope. just don't yank any of the cable under there and you should be good. you really do just need to tip the seat back a little
