Washing in the winter

I just got an OB coupe and would like to keep the black paint looking nice. I am not sure what you guys do during the winter, but it seems a bit impractical to go and wash a car in the winter in Jersey lol. I'm very tempted to go through a touchless wash, but out of curiosity, what do you guys do?

I get mines detailed the beginning of Dec, put my oem wheels back on. Detailing puts a nice wax coat on to protect it from the snow and salt. Putting the stock wheels on & then putting wheel wax on those keeps them looking good while my aftermarket rims are stored. I usually go to the do it urself and spray it down with the high pressure watch and rinse then wipe it down with a microfiber cloth. Best we can do in snowy & rainy climates for it as a daily driver.

I'm assuming touchless car washes are high pressure?

I turn up the heat in the garage, park the car just outside the door, and leave the buckets and such inside the door. Wash fast, dry fast, and pull inside.

I personally just bite the bullet and wash it inside the detail shop at work. Where there is heat.
Becore that I just bundled up and washed it outside.
