How to fix sunburnt paint?
Fortunately I'm in the Pacific NorthWest and do not suffer blazing heat. I also have a garage. However, I would buy a quality car cover b/c hot sun will eventually get to the paint. I think so. I also cover my BlackBird even when in the garage and during storage. I don't think a quality oem paint job would be cheap. I wouldn't want to suffer throught blazing heat and blowing sand. Good Luck with finding a solution.
It looks like the topcoat is failing and you are starting to see the primer/base coat though the top coat. IMHO, not much you can do but nothing wrong with taking it to a paint shop for their opinion. Or a detailer
