Thoughts on Engine Steam Cleaning

Anyone have any suggestions or advice on Engine Steam Cleaning? I have a 03 g35 sedan and I would like to have the engine steam cleaned but I don't want it to cause any other issues. All opinions are welcomed and appreciated.

Steam cleaning modern engines will cause more issues than you can imagine, sensors don't like being wet and they're expensive! Spray bottle cleaner, half dozen rags and a couple ice cream sticks to get into tight places will get the job done if you have several hours and patience...Gary
