Zen Tool or Rupes. Zen Tool is $100 less and has proven just as durable as my Rupes. The large throw (21 mm) DA's are far superior to the 8 mm throw ones.

 

Griot's Orbital Long-Throw Pro Grade Kit is what I use, along with his Paint Cleaning Clay which I also use on my windshield! Followed by Griot's number two cleaner to remove old wax and fine scratches. When that's finished I finish the process with Zymol Concourse wax, applied by hand. I've never found a wax that leaves SLICK'S painted surface feeling like a plastic cover! She's garage kept and covered if left out in the elements which makes all my hard work look (*)(*) and last a long time!

What kind of towel do you use to remove it? A regular microfiber leaves some small scratches behind:/

 

Zymol microfiber towels for final wipe off, I treat them like they were family! I use Costco micro towels for polishing my Volks and everything else. They get thrown away if really dirty or washed if just used to clean SLICK'S windows. Oh, I use Adams glass cleaner for that. When combined with micro towels, Adams window cleaner does the best job ever!

I don't know Gary, Stoner's Invisible Glass is pretty amazing. Plus how can you beat the name lolololol......

 

I dunno. I tried the Stoner's based on forum recommendations and didn't like it. The glass got hazy entirely too quickly. Bought the Meguier's concentrate. Have used it once and was very pleased with initial performance. Hasn't been long enough yet to form an opinion on the rate of hazing.

 

Invisible Glass is exactly what I used until I got a sample of Adams glass cleaner! I ordered a half gallon and shared with friends that are as particular as I am, they too put in an order! To get the results Adams glass cleaner offers you must use microfiber towels during the process. I also clay my windshield frequently which proves I have OCD!

Optimum No Rinse Wash at 64:1 in a 32 oz spray bottle cleans glass like nothing else. And it gives the same effect on glass as RainX. Works best with The Rag Company Pro Edgeless 16 x 16 towels.
